5 Recipes I've Been Loving Lately - September 2020

September has the first feelings of fall. The leaves are starting to turn and I start to crave warm dishes.

This flatbread makes for a great lunch or dinner, but my favorite is to make it as an appetizer. If you aren't a huge fan of pears you can swap them for apples.

This dish is a one pan recipe which is always a plus. I served it with whole grain pasta and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day.

Honey Roasted Garlic Shrimp is a super easy one pan recipe. I served it with rice and broccoli.

Chicken Piccata

This recipe can be found in the Joanna Gaines Magnolia Cookbook!

The book includes many great recipes that I continue to use time and time again. The chicken piccata is one of my favorites while it is definitely not calorie friendly, it's an indulgence worth making!

I served the dish with penne pasta and asparagus.

If you want to make a gourmet burger at home this recipe is the way to go and if you don't have access to a grill it's a good chance to break out the cast-iron skillet! The goat cheese mixture is amazing and can also be used as part of a meat & cheese board.

Much Love,

Caroline
